Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information used by God Plays Dice Architect, its guest access controls, accounts, checkout, and support.

Architect questions and current-tab context

Your question and a bounded amount of current-tab conversation context are sent to the configured AI provider to generate an answer. Requests use stateless processing with store: false. The plugin does not save prompt or answer content to WordPress. Provider abuse-monitoring, security, and account-level obligations may still apply.

Guest session and Starter enforcement

A signed, HttpOnly guest-session cookie can last up to 30 days. Pseudonymous usage entries and HMAC-hashed network counters are retained for up to 45 days for quotas, abuse prevention, and cost control; raw IP addresses are not stored in those records.

Starter uses both the signed session and a daily-scoped pseudonymous connection allowance. Private browsing, deleting cookies, switching browsers, or using another device on the same connection therefore does not create a new three-question allowance. People on shared household, school, workplace, public Wi-Fi, VPN, or carrier networks may share the limit. IPv6 addresses are grouped at the ordinary /64 network boundary before hashing. The site does not use canvas, font, audio, or similar invasive browser fingerprinting for this purpose.

Curated retrieval

The public interface does not expose vector-store IDs, retrieved filenames, annotations, raw source excerpts, private chats, prompts, task logs, credentials, or internal work history. The book/HDBLAST store and the Holy Grail frontier store remain separate so lower tiers cannot select the broader corpus.

Accounts, checkout, and subscriptions

Paid access uses a WordPress account, WooCommerce order and subscription information, and a private entitlement ledger linked to the purchasing account. Pro and Holy Grail renew monthly until canceled. Payment details and reusable payment tokens are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, not exposed to the Architect. Tax, fraud, accounting, dispute, purchase-history, and legal obligations may require some commerce records to be retained.

Support

If you contact support, the site receives the information you choose to send. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, API keys, security codes, cookies, or unpublished confidential material.

Your choices

WordPress and WooCommerce privacy export and erasure tools apply to account and order requests. You may manage or cancel a subscription through My Account or use the contact page for access, correction, deletion, or questions about retained commerce records.
