PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information used by the God Plays Dice™ website, the launch list, checkout, accounts, and The Holy Grail Architect.
Launch list
The launch form collects first name, email address, source page, consent version and timestamp, and a SHA-256 hash of the consent text. A confirmation link expires after 48 hours. Expired unconfirmed records are removed after a seven-day operational grace period; unsubscribed records are removed after 30 days. Confirmed records remain until you unsubscribe, request erasure, or an operator applies a documented retention change. We use this information only for GOD PLAYS DICE™ preview, launch, and verified-availability updates.
Architect questions, guest session, and Starter enforcement
Questions and the bounded current-tab context are sent to the configured AI service to generate a text-and-equations-only answer. Responses requests use no-store mode. The site does not expose vector-store IDs, retrieved filenames, annotations, raw source excerpts, private chats, or internal work history. A signed, HttpOnly guest-session cookie can last up to 30 days. Pseudonymous usage entries and HMAC-hashed network counters are retained for up to 45 days for quotas, abuse prevention, and cost control; raw IP addresses are not stored in those records.
Starter uses both the signed session and a daily-scoped pseudonymous network allowance. Private browsing, deleting cookies, switching browsers, or using another device on the same connection therefore does not create a new three-question allowance. People on shared household, school, workplace, public Wi-Fi, VPN, or carrier networks may share the Starter limit. IPv6 addresses are grouped at the ordinary /64 network boundary before hashing. The site does not use canvas, font, audio, or similar browser fingerprinting for this purpose.
Embedded Facebook content
The First Public Trace page contains a lazily loaded post supplied directly by Facebook. When the embed loads, the visitor’s browser connects to Facebook/Meta, which may receive ordinary network and device information and may use cookies under its own policies. A direct link is provided if the embed is blocked or a visitor prefers to open the post on Facebook.
Accounts, checkout, and recurring entitlements
Paid access uses a WordPress account, WooCommerce order and subscription information, and a private entitlement ledger linked to the purchasing account. New Pro and Max plans renew monthly until canceled. Payment details and any reusable payment token are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, not exposed to the Architect. WordPress and WooCommerce privacy workflows apply to account and order requests; tax, fraud, accounting, dispute, purchase-history, and legal obligations may require some records to be retained.
Your choices
Every launch email includes an unsubscribe link. WordPress privacy export and erasure tools include launch-list records. You may manage or cancel a subscription through the account controls provided by WooCommerce, or use the contact page for access, correction, deletion, or questions about retained commerce records.
Operational dependencies
The launch form is disabled by default and should be enabled only after WordPress mail delivery has been tested. If delivery fails, a pending signup is removed and the visitor is told to contact the site.
