This policy applies to God Plays Dice™ Architect subscriptions purchased directly through our website. It does not establish terms for Apple App Store or Google Play purchases.
Your first payment
If you request a refund within seven days (168 hours) of your first payment for an Architect paid subscription, we offer a full refund of that payment. This first-payment offer does not automatically apply to later monthly renewals.
Renewal payments
We review renewal refund requests individually. Please contact us promptly if you believe a charge was made in error or you experienced a problem with the service. A renewal refund is not guaranteed under this voluntary policy; any rights you have under applicable law still apply.
Cancel future renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. To stop the next renewal, open My account → Subscriptions and cancel before your next scheduled payment. If you cannot access your account, contact us for help. Cancellation normally leaves access available until the end of the already-paid period. Cancelling future renewals does not by itself refund an earlier payment. If we refund a payment, we will explain any resulting change to access and confirm the status of future renewals.
How to request help or a refund
Email support@officialGodPlaysDice.com with the email address used for your account and your order number, if available. Tell us which payment the request concerns and whether you also want to stop future renewals. You do not need to provide a reason to use the seven-day first-payment offer. Never send your card number, card security code, password, or sign-in verification codes.
Refund processing
We will confirm the outcome of your request by email. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. The time until the credit appears depends on your payment provider; we do not promise immediate credit.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not exclude or limit any non-waivable refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer rights under applicable law. Where those rights are more favorable, they take precedence over this voluntary policy.
